Kitchen....?

Today and yesterday we have been demoing the kitchen. We did all this work so that we could move the fridge only to realize that it looked horrible there and had to move it back. Now we have almost an entire wall without cabinets and things are scattered across the house... Its all kinda my fault.... but we were going to revamp the kitchen anyway right? right??

Two posts today

This is my second post of the day, but no big deal. With Flock I found a whole bunch of programs and tried them today. I really only ended up keeping with Flickr. As a photographer its really interesting to see others comments on my own pictures and to see others' work. I really enjoy it. Flock is a great program also. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

Not too much

I haven't blogged in a while, but thats mainly because nothing is really happening. I signed up for a first aid, CPR, and AED class. I went to a party, hung out with some friends. Nothing really other than that. I'm trying out this new browser program, and so far I really like it. It's called Flock. It's a program based off of Mozilla's Firefox, but it has affiliations with sites like Facebook, Gmail, and Blogger. Those affiliations allow the users to do certain things with those sites without actually going to those sites. Check it out! I've also been doing some study of Apple's iWork '08 software suite. It's really cool, and I'm considering purchasing it for the club that I wan t to start once school starts again. Did I mention that? It's called Students for the Treatment of AIDS Today (STAT). It will help to increase AIDS awareness, raise money for research, and increase understanding of the biological and social impact of the AIDS virus. Hopefully it will take off. I have also been trying out the Wii Fit system. This program is really cool in my opinion. The possibilities for the Wii Balance Board truly are staggering. I'm only mildly entertained by the fitness aspect of the program, but I'm very interested to see how the new control system affects the video game industry.

Applications and the Website Improves

Today I went around to different local businesses looking for job opportunities. Percent of success? 0.00%.... So with that in mind I had to come home. There I filled out some online applications and hopefully one of them will work out. If not I have a few more ideas, but after that I may have to just volunteer somewhere - which wouldn't be so bad, I guess.
While I was out I tried to apply at a nearby camera store - no jobs, but I got a brick of 120 mm film (SCORE!). They also said that they would process the film if I brought it in. So I'm ready to start working with my antique cameras and studying how they function.
I also worked on my website PhilCode today. It's come along very well. I've created the main pages and put some content on each. I just need to develop each a little bit more. But for its purpose - its been pretty helpful.

First Day

This is my first day using my new blog. I also created a webpage with Google Sites. It's pretty cool, but its under development still. Once it's done it will show my photos, my videos, my writing, and possibly some schoolwork. I have really high hopes for it because I am so impressed with the software. Other than that not much happened today. I played video games, filled out some applications, and sang. While I was singing I was very proud of myself because I sounded pretty good, and I held a note for the longest I have ever held a note - and it hurt... Anyway I'm excited to have a blog - and a new website. Pretty sweet.
